Reservations are valid only with a hotel deposit paid by bank transfer or credit card.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: In case of cancellation of the reservation the deposit is lost.
